The right candidate will assist with management tasks to help grow the business as well as actively work with and oversee the crews and manage scheduling.

including but not limited to: Pruning – Ornamental tree and shrub  Maintenance – mowing, trimming, etc.  Bed care – edging, mulching, dead heading, weeding  Plant installs  Clean ups  Lawn renovation  Container plantings  Equipment maintenance

Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented  Must be organized with attention to detail  Comfortable in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/Sheet  Excellent interpersonal skills  Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance  Experience with crew management, scheduling, customer relations
