My Premium Property Plan is custom designed for your specific property. We meet and discuss everything you want to accomplish that year. Mowing, pruning, plant care, lawn care, bed care, mulching, clean ups, planting, etc. Once finalized, the costs are fixed and billed monthly. Or you can choose to be billed a-la-carte.
My Premium Property Plan is designed to be an All Inclusive Plan. It will be tailored to your individual property based on the level of care you desire.
We don't just cut the grass. We inspect your property to identify any potential problems, bring them to your attention and address them before they become real problems.
My Unlimited* Mowing Plan: I mow as needed - up to 33 times per year. Not every 7 days irregardless. Sometimes it needs to be cut every 6 days; Sometimes it can go 9 days in between mowings. As part of the Premium Property Plan, you are not billed by the cut.
